What you need to know before you subscribe.
wristjer is an analysis tool for futures traders. It is not a broker, not an advisor, and not a signal service. Read this page in full. It describes what the product does, what it does not claim, and the risk you carry if you trade.
1 · Trading futures involves substantial risk
Futures are leveraged instruments. Price moves against a position can produce losses quickly, and those losses are not limited to the amount you deposited. In some circumstances you can owe more than your original investment. Futures trading is not suitable for every person.
Trade only with risk capital: money you could lose entirely without affecting your financial security, your obligations or the way you live. If losing the full amount would cause you hardship, do not trade it.
How a market, a level or a signal behaved in the past does not tell you how it will behave next. Nothing on this site should be read as a prediction.
2 · This is not advice, and not a signal service
wristjer shows order flow data, GEX levels and pivot levels on a chart. It does not tell you what to buy or sell, when to enter, where to place a stop, or how much to risk. There are no calls, alerts or trade recommendations, and nothing on the dashboard is personalised to your circumstances, account size or objectives.
We are not registered as an investment adviser, commodity trading advisor or broker, and no communication from us, whether on the site, in the dashboard or in the Discord, constitutes advice or a solicitation to trade. Every decision you take, and every consequence of it, is yours. If you need advice, consult a licensed professional who knows your situation.
3 · No performance claims and no track record
We publish no win rate, no profit and loss, no account statements and no payout history, and we make no claim about results, ours or yours. If you see a performance claim attributed to wristjer anywhere, it did not come from us.
No representation is made that any account will achieve profits or avoid losses.
4 · Screenshots, charts and examples
Images on this site show the interface during past sessions, chosen to illustrate how the tool draws things. They are not recommendations, not a sample of results, and not representative of any particular session or instrument. Any position, order or level visible in a capture is illustrative only and should be treated as hypothetical.
5 · Discord, commentary and anything anyone says
The Discord community and any commentary, walkthrough or discussion connected to it are for education and discussion only. Views expressed are those of the person expressing them, including where that person is us. Any trade discussed should be treated as hypothetical, and you should not expect to reproduce it in a live account.
Comments from members are their own experience. They may not reflect anyone else's, they are not verified by us, and they are not a guarantee of any outcome.
6 · Data, uptime and accuracy
Market data and options data reach the dashboard through third parties. Feeds can be delayed, incomplete, revised or interrupted, and the platform itself can be unavailable for maintenance or for reasons outside our control. GEX levels refresh periodically during the New York session and reflect the book as last received, not the book as it stands this second.
Do not treat the dashboard as your only source of truth, and do not rely on it for order management, risk control or execution. Confirm anything that matters with your broker or platform.
7 · Access, billing and eligibility
Subscriptions, payments, trials and cancellations are handled by Whop under their terms. Access is for one person; sharing credentials or redistributing the dashboard's output is not permitted.
By subscribing you confirm that you are of legal age in your jurisdiction, that trading futures is permitted where you live, that you are using risk capital, and that you have read and accepted this disclosure.
8 · Limits of our responsibility
The dashboard is provided as it is, without warranty of any kind. We do not warrant that it will be accurate, uninterrupted, error free, or fit for any particular purpose, and nothing in it is a guarantee about the data it displays or the markets it describes.
To the fullest extent the law allows, we are not liable for any trading loss, lost profit, missed opportunity, or any indirect or consequential loss arising from your use of the dashboard, the Discord, or anything on this site, whether or not the data was delayed, incomplete or wrong. Where liability cannot be excluded, it is limited to the amount you paid us in the three months before the claim.
Refunds, cancellations and billing disputes are handled by Whop under their terms. Nothing here removes any right you have that cannot be waived under the law where you live.
